You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full accountability for project planning, execution, and financial performanceManage budgets and ensure delivery meets commercial targets and profit marginsLead, motivate, and coordinate project teams and subcontractorsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorOversee the full project lifecycle, including scoping, tendering, delivery, and closeoutEnsure compliance with all QHSE standards, statutory regulations, and internal policiesDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of projects from existing client portfoliosManage resources, including labour, contractors, and materials, effectivelyLead on tenders, bids, and proposals with full compliance and auditabilityTake ownership of P&L across multiple projectsProvide clear and accurate reporting on progress, risks, and financial performanceSkills & ExperienceMinimum of 2 A-Levels (or equivalent)2-5 years' experience in a Project Management roleBackground in electrical engineering or building services (HNC or higher preferred)Proven experience delivering commercial or corporate projectsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsProfessional accreditation (e.g., MIET, CIBSE) is advantageousBenefits PackageCompetitive salary £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE)Career progression with structured training and clear development pathwaysEnhanced leave, including birthday and life-event leaveThree paid volunteering days per yearHoliday purchase schemeSupport for professional development and accreditationOpportunity to work on high-profile commercial and corporate projectsCollaborative and supportive team environmentWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
