The Role
We’re looking for a
Project Manager
to join our next generation Content Engine team. You’ll play a key role in delivering a large-scale platform used globally. This role is ideal for someone who
thrives in fast-paced environments

You won’t just follow a playbook—you’ll help shape it. Flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, design, development, QA) to keep deliverables on track
· Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving project scopes
· Maintain clear, proactive communication across internal and external stakeholders
· Support with release planning, QA coordination, and documentation
· Keep project tools (Jira, Notion, Coda, etc.) updated and tidy
· Contribute to a collaborative, and solutions-oriented team culture
· Participate in process improvement and knowledge-sharing
· Support the team in navigating ambiguity and turning challenges into opportunities
What You'll Bring
· 1–4 years of experience in project coordination or digital product delivery (ideally within a SaaS or creative tech company)
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
· Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and creative conversations
· Highly adaptable, detail-focused, and comfortable in dynamic environments
· Organised but flexible—you prioritise impact over perfection
· Experience with agile tools and rituals (Jira, Notion, Slack/Teams)
· Bonus: familiarity with creative workflows or content delivery systems
