EV Project Manager

Equans is seeking a Project Manager - EV Charge Point to join our remote team, with some national travel. This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, offering a competitive salary, a company vehicle or allowance, bonus, and benefits.
The Project Manager will oversee the safe and profitable delivery of EV charging infrastructure, managing subcontractors, manufacturers, and supply chain partners. They will support the design and installation of EV charging solutions for commercial and public sector clients across the UK, ensuring safety and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring health and safety compliance and ensuring adherence to Equans Management System and CDM regulations
- Conducting technical surveys and supporting liaising with ICP/DNOs, designing systems, and specifying equipment
- Managing project costs, timelines, and budgets through PO and invoice procedures
- Problem-solving on-site and building relationships with clients and contractors
- Managing project planning, client communication, and site operations

Candidate requirements:
- Experience with EV civils works, street works permitting, and electrical networks
- Knowledge of EV charging equipment installation and electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds)
- Project management experience from inception to completion
- Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders including subcontractors and property managers
