About the role

As a Project Manager within the Talent team (and Thrive product team), you'll be involved in operational delivery, project management, and change implementation to support talent and performance development initiatives. A key focus is supporting the rollout of the Thrive platform, starting with MyAppraisal and extending to broader learning and talent tools. You will coordinate stakeholder engagement, develop supporting tools and materials, and ensure integration of digital solutions into routine operations.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  1. Project Management & Delivery: Lead and support projects such as the Thrive platform rollout, development tools (e.g., 360 feedback, Career Toolkit), and talent programmes (e.g., mentoring, succession planning).
  2. Data & Reporting: Gather and analyze data to inform decisions and measure impact. Produce reports, case studies, and success stories.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Create and implement engagement plans, develop communication materials, ensure alignment with EDI standards, and deliver presentations and workshops.
  4. Operational Support: Provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, manage multiple tasks, respond to user queries, and contribute to process improvements.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working, based onsite 2 days per week at our London Kings Cross/St Pancras office. Closing date: 28-08-2025.

About you

You are an experienced Project Office Support and Project Management professional with a proven track record of supporting large-scale organizational initiatives. You excel at stakeholder engagement, are confident and clear in communication, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Your skills include managing timelines, tracking progress, and contributing to operational and transformational projects.

Key skills and experience:

Experience with HR systems, performance management, talent development frameworks, UX/UAT testing, or digital solutions is a plus.
