A well-established project and cost consultancy based in East London working on high value projects in the residential, commercial and industrial sector are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join their team. The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining a forward thinking construction consultancy that have a strong pipeline of projects in the residential, commercial and industrial sector. The Project Manager will be joining a multidisciplinary team of 100+ consultants. The Project Manager will be working closely alongside the director, 3x associate directors, senior project managers, project managers, commercial managers and building surveyors. The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will be confident at supporting the delivery of schemes across pre and post contract stages in a mixture of sectors with project values up to £150m. The Project Manager will be delivering a variety of projects that range from new build residential developments to CAT A/B office fit outs and industrial refurbishment works. The Project Manager will be confident at building strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams assisting on projects such as Commercial Managers to ensure that projects are within budget to keep clients satisfied.
