About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and driven Project Manager to join our expanding construction fit‑out team.

In this role, you will manage the delivery of medium‑value fit‑out projects, working in close partnership with a portfolio of long‑standing clients across commercial, retail, and public sector environments.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys client-facing delivery, and takes pride in ensuring fit‑out projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of fit-out projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Work closely with long-standing clients, acting as a trusted partner and maintaining strong, positive relationships. Lead and coordinate project teams, including Site Managers, subcontractors, and internal support functions. Produce and manage project programmes, schedules, procurement plans, and risk registers. Monitor project financials including budgets, variations, forecasts, and reporting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements across all sites. Attend client meetings, progress reviews, design coordination sessions, and site inspections. Foster collaboration across commercial, design, and operational teams to promote seamless project execution. Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
