\n\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial office fit-out projects, particularly with experience managing projects up to the value of £8 million. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and construction of commercial office spaces, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead the end-to-end project lifecycle for commercial office fit-out projects in London, from initial design through to completion.\n\nManage project teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring effective collaboration and communication at all stages.\n\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met while maintaining strong relationships.\n\nOversee quality control and ensure that work complies with all relevant standards, regulations, and best practices.\n\nCoordinate site activities and manage the day-to-day operations of the project site, ensuring a safe and productive environment.\n\nMonitor project progress, address any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions when necessary.\n\nPrepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas of concern.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial office fit-out sector, with a focus on projects valued up to £8 million.\n\nStrong understanding of design and build processes, including the ability to manage the design, construction, and handover phases.\n\nDemonstrable experience in managing complex projects, balancing multiple priorities, and delivering successful outcomes.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.\n\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in the construction industry.\n\nProficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar).\n\nA degree or professional qualification in construction management, project management, or a related field is but not essential.\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to project challenges.
