Job Description
Facilities Project Manager- 6 month FTC- London (Hybrid 3 days a week in the office) - £90k pro rata
My client, a global Law Firm, is recruiting for a Facilities Project manager to join the team for a 6 month FTC. The successful candidate will have previous experience with delivering a Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) project.
The Facilities Project Manager will responsible for the end-to-end assessment, re-planning, and delivery of the CAFM solution, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives in facilities management, compliance, and operational efficiency. Strong governance, control, and delivery discipline while working closely with technology teams, Facilities Management, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to restore confidence and deliver agreed outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Rapidly assess project health, identify root causes, and develop a robust recovery plan. Re-baseline project plans, budgets, and timelines with key stakeholders. Lead crisis management sessions and update senior leadership on progress. Own end-to-end delivery of the CAFM project to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels—setting direction while resolving detailed delivery issues. Engage technical teams, Facilities Management, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to address challenges and ensure timely issue resolution. Build strong relationships across leadership and delivery teams to restore alignment and confidence. Maintain RAID logs and escalate material risks promptly.
