The Company:\n\nA leading project and cost consultancy are looking for a motivated and hungry Project Manager to join the growing project management team based in Euston.\n\nThe Project Manager will be joining an award-winning consultancy, which have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality schemes within the Commercial office sector.\n\nProject Manager Role:\n\nThe Project Manager will bring a good level of experience delivering schemes such as CAT A/B fit outs and refurbishment within Commercial offices. The Project Manager will also be reporting on a weekly basis to the senior project management team which includes a Senior Project Managers, Associate Directors and a Project Director. \n\nThe project manager will be delivering projects with values ranging from £5m-£30m.\n\nYou will be responsible for:\n\nDevelop and maintain current/future Projects.\nOverseeing project phase and ensuring it is delivered in a timely manner.\nCommunicating with internal and external parties throughout the lifecycle of a Project.\nReporting to the Senior Project Manager and Stakeholders with Project progress.\nOffering support towards reviewing project costs to ensure the Project is delivered within budget.\nFacilitating client meetings.\nEnsuring all works are compliant with safety and quality standards.The Project Manager Requirements:\n\nProven experience working at a Construction Consultancy.\nExtensive understanding within Commercial office sector.\nMRICS/MAPM qualification would be preferred.\nA relevant BSc/MSc in Construction would be ideal.\nWillingness to learn and develop your career.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered: \n\n£55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package.\n25 days annual leave including bank holidays.\nSite visits expensed\n22% bonus\nHybrid role\nOption to buy up to 5 days extra holiday.\nPension (Maximum Employer contribution 8%).\nDining AND Lifestyle Discount Card.If you are Project Manager looking for a new opportunity like this, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
