Project Manager – Bar & Kitchen Installations\nLocation: Manchester (Nationwide Travel)\nType: Full-time\nReports to: Senior Contracts Manager\nSalary £52,000 + Car Allowance\nAbout Us\nThey deliver high-end hospitality fit-outs across the UK, specialising in bespoke bars, commercial kitchens, and premium restaurant spaces. From design to installation, they create standout environments for leading brands.\nThe Role\nThey are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead bar and kitchen installations from start to finish. You’ll manage on-site activity, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.\nWhat You’ll Do\n * Manage full project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover\n * Lead site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors\n * Act as the main client contact on-site\n * Oversee suppliers, materials, and logistics\n * Ensure H&S compliance at all times\n * Control budgets and manage variations\n * Maintain project programmes and timelines\n * Deliver high-quality finishes and smooth handovers\nAbout You\n * Experience in hospitality fit-out, bar, or kitchen installations\n * Strong technical knowledge (M&E, joinery, metalwork)\n * Confident leader with excellent communication skills\n * Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused\n * Comfortable in fast-paced environments\n * Full UK driving licence (nationwide travel required)\nDesirable: SMSTS, CSCS (Manager Card), First Aid
