Project Manager\n\nNorth West\n\nCivil Engineering\n\nOur client, a regional main contractor specializing in civil engineering is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team to work on projects throughout the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable business with a huge amount of work and growth. They offer very competitive salary and package as well as real progression opportunities.\n\nProject Manager Responsibilities:\n\n * Responsible for full project management life cycle\n\n * Early contractor involvement\n\n * Early client engagement\n\n * Creation and management of budgets\n\n * All project costings\n\n * Construction phase planning\n\n * Programming works short and long term\n\n * Procurement\n\n * Labour & Plant\n\n * Management of subcontractors\n\n * Health & Safety\n\n * Quality\n\n * Liaison with the client and stakeholders\n\n * Weekly update meetings with operations director\n\nProject Manager Requirements:\n\n * Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent)\n\n * Civil Engineering experience (RC, Water, Large Pipe Installs, Roads & Highways, infrastructure etc.)\n\n * Experienced project manager involved with early engagement, programming, budgeting etc\n\n * Excellent communication, people and team management skills
