We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the integration of co‑manufacturers and co‑packers into a SAP enterprise ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring seamless end‑to‑end (E2E) integration between third‑party partners and internal business and Digital Technology teams. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering SAP integration projects that connect external manufacturing partners with core enterprise systems. You will act as the central point of coordination between co‑man/co‑packer partners, business front ends, DT functional analysts, integration analysts (often contractors), and internal platform teams. The role requires strong experience in ERP integration projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to align business and technical teams to deliver integrations on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of co‑manufacturer / co‑packer SAP integrations Coordinate cross‑functional DT teams, including:

Master Data Finance Supply Chain (SCI / SCO) Quality Integration & Interface teams Internal platform teams (e.g. integration hubs)

Act as the primary interface between external partners and internal stakeholders Manage integration scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues Ensure alignment of SAP processes, master data, and interfaces with co‑man / co‑packer operations Drive issue resolution, decision‑making, and clear communication across stakeholders Support testing, deployment, and go‑live readiness, ensuring a smooth transition to operations Provide regular status reporting and escalations where required

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering SAP / ERP integration projects Hands‑on experience with co‑manufacturer or co‑packer integrations Strong understanding of SAP processes across Supply Chain, Finance, Master Data, and Integration Experience working with cross‑functional, multi‑vendor teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to bridge business and technical audiences Strong planning, coordination, and delivery mindset

Nice to Have

Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply‑chain‑driven environments Familiarity with integration platforms or middleware Experience working with a mix of permanent staff and contractors
