We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the integration of co‑manufacturers and co‑packers into a SAP enterprise ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring seamless end‑to‑end (E2E) integration between third‑party partners and internal business and Digital Technology teams.As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering SAP integration projects that connect external manufacturing partners with core enterprise systems. You will act as the central point of coordination between co‑man/co‑packer partners, business front ends, DT functional analysts, integration analysts (often contractors), and internal platform teams.The role requires strong experience in ERP integration projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to align business and technical teams to deliver integrations on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end‑to‑end planning and execution of co‑manufacturer / co‑packer SAP integrationsCoordinate cross‑functional DT teams, including: Master DataFinanceSupply Chain (SCI / SCO)QualityIntegration & Interface teamsInternal platform teams (e.g. integration hubs)Act as the primary interface between external partners and internal stakeholdersManage integration scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issuesEnsure alignment of SAP processes, master data, and interfaces with co‑man / co‑packer operationsDrive issue resolution, decision‑making, and clear communication across stakeholdersSupport testing, deployment, and go‑live readiness, ensuring a smooth transition to operationsProvide regular status reporting and escalations where requiredRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering SAP / ERP integration projectsHands‑on experience with co‑manufacturer or co‑packer integrationsStrong understanding of SAP processes across Supply Chain, Finance, Master Data, and IntegrationExperience working with cross‑functional, multi‑vendor teamsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to bridge business and technical audiencesStrong planning, coordination, and delivery mindsetNice to HaveExperience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply‑chain‑driven environmentsFamiliarity with integration platforms or middlewareExperience working with a mix of permanent staff and contractorsLet op: vacaturefraudeHelaas komt vacaturefraude steeds vaker voor.
