Electrical Project Manager – CAT A & B Office Fit-Outs – City of London
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead high-end CAT A & B office fit-out projects in the heart of the City of London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing electrical contractor working on prestigious, fast-paced commercial projects.
The Role:
You will take full ownership of electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Projects are typically fast-track, city-centre office fit-outs for leading main contractors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of electrical fit-out works on CAT A & B projects
*
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
*
Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety and QA/QC procedures
*
Programme works, monitor progress, and drive productivity
*
Manage procurement, valuations, and variations in collaboration with the commercial team
*
Attend project meetings and provide technical and progress updates
*
Deliver projects within tight timeframes and to exacting standards
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on fast-track commercial fit-outs
*
Strong knowledge of CAT A & B specifications and installation standards
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project performance
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
*
ECS/CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and relevant electrical qualifications
