Electrical Project Manager – Office Fit Out – City of London £300–£350 per day (CIS) | Temp to Perm Preferred | Interviewing ASAP An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor on a fast-track Cat B office fit out project in the City of London . The initial contract is valued at £1.5 million (Electrical), with follow-on projects ranging from £5–£10 million M&E in the pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who has delivered similar fit out projects and is looking for a long-term position with a well-established business. The company is open to contract or permanent , but ideally looking for someone who is open to a temp-to-perm transition. The Role: Lead the electrical delivery on a high-quality Cat B office fit out Oversee sub-contractors and ensure programme delivery Manage client and Tier 1 contractor relationships Review design, lead coordination, and drive problem-solving on site Handle H&S compliance, quality assurance and reporting Work alongside the mechanical lead and report into senior leadership Opportunity to step into larger value M&E contracts upon completion Requirements: Proven experienc...
