Our client is a well-established construction company specialising in high-end, high-rise developments. Due to continued growth and an increasing project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Director to join their team in Manchester.

Strong leadership and team management skills
A motivated and driven approach
A proven track record of delivering projects from inception through to completion
Experience managing multi-occupancy residential schemesKey responsibilities:

Overseeing a large-scale new-build apartment development
Ensuring the project is delivered in line with programme timelines
Working closely with the commercial team to maintain budget control
Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times
Chairing progress meetings with clients and subcontractors
Managing quality control across all stages of the build
Providing direct line management to Senior Site Managers
