The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of building asset/Fabric as well as hard Services and control system projects across their full lifecycle — from feasibility and design through to installation, commissioning, and handover. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with asset management strategies, statutory requirements, and operational needs. This role has a strong focus on building services, control systems (e.g. BMS, electrical, mechanical, life safety), and asset performance within occupied environments. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Management • Lead and manage multiple capital and revenue projects relating to building assets and control systems. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk registers. • Ensure effective project governance, reporting progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes.
