Grade Level (for internal use)05The RoleProject Associate Intern – Talent AcquisitionThe TeamWe are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Associate Intern to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) Innovation initiatives. This role will work closely with the TA team to drive process improvements, support new tool implementations, and enhance the experiences of candidates, hiring leaders and recruiters through innovative solutions.Responsibilities and ImpactSupporting ongoing TA innovation projects such as process automation, tool implementation, and workflow optimizationAssisting in researching new HR technologies, market trends and best practices in talent acquisitionHelping in designing and documenting processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project updatesCollaborating with cross‑functional teams (HR, IT, vendors) to support project executionTracking project progress, maintaining dashboards and preparing status reportsSupporting pilot programs and rollouts (e.g., hiring tools, assessments)Analyse data and generate insights to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experienceAssist in preparing presentations, reports and stakeholder communicationsBasic Required QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Demonstrated learning agility, creativity and problem‑solving ability.Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.Drive to achieve personal and team objectives.Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.A collaborative mindset and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Familiarity with AI‑powered tools) and a curiosity to explore how AI can improve talent acquisition processes.Additional Preferred QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or a related field or a related field, expected to be completed by Summer 2027.Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint) is a plus.Experience with Project Management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Visio) is desirable.Right to Work RequirementsThis role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United Kingdom.Our Internship ProgramDuring your summer at S&P Global you'll have the chance to partner with our industry experts, with on‑the‑job experience focusing on high‑impact work that allows you to apply and develop your skills.
