Duties for the role of Project Architect include:

* Manage residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion * Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved * Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentations * Carry out chairing meetings, as well as liaising with clients, contractors and other external team members * Prepare quotations and tender submissions

Skills and experience for the role of Project Architect:

* ARB registered * Significant post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice * Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector * Experience working across all RIBA work stages * Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit * Excellent drawing and detailing skills * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Full UK driver's license
