Manage residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion

Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved

Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentations

Carry out chairing meetings, as well as liaising with clients, contractors and other external team members

Prepare quotations and tender submissionsSkills and experience for the role of Project Architect:

ARB registered

Significant post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice

Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector

Experience working across all RIBA work stages

Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit

Excellent drawing and detailing skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills
