External Workforce Programme Manager - Hybrid - Outside IR35

Our global client in the Insurance sector are currently looking for a Programme Manager to work on an External Workforce Programme.

In this role you will be expected to lead strategic initiatives aimed at optimising the use of external talent across the organisation. This role involves managing complex projects that drive operational efficiency, compliance and cost-effectiveness in workforce management.

Key Skills

Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programmes. Strong background in Programme Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience in external workforce or contingent labour management. Familiarity with vendor management systems and workforce technology platforms. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Skilled in change management and organisational transformation. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
