What is a Production Supervisor role at Prinova?
To work closely with production and warehouse teams and to liaise with the Operations Manager. Ensure that Team Leaders follow the program, the general housekeeping of the shift and correct batch completion.

What to expect?
* Deliver the production programme and complete daily/weekly shift plans.
* Maintain compliance with internal and customer audit standards.
* Monitor batch documentation at all stages and complete all required reports and production admin.
* Support upcoming production planning to meet KPIs and deadlines; record daily KPIs.
* Ensure SOPs and GMP are followed; oversee day‑to‑day production activities and support Operatives.
* Train Operatives in line with procedures and maintain accurate training records.
* Provide daily updates to the Production Manager; oversee pre‑blends.
* Hold weekly team meetings and drive continuous process improvements.
* Manage timesheets for employees and agency staff.
* Complete daily SIC sheets and record deviations electronically. Carry out HR-related tasks (absence management, development, reviews, recruitment, disciplinary).
* Approve holidays, manage absence, and maintain accurate records in e‑days.
Does this sound like you?
* Minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
* Strong people management and team‑leadership skills
* Proven project management experience
* Experience in change management and driving continuous improvement
* Solid understanding of performance management processes
* Experience handling disciplinary procedures
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the business
* High level of numeracy, with strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to multi‑task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
* Capable of leading, coaching, and developing a small team
* Ability to quickly learn and operate an in‑house computer systems
