If you’re passionate about quality, teamwork and doing things “right first time”, this could be the perfect next step.
We’re supporting a growing organisation with a strong mission-led culture, specialising in high-volume production across both auto and manual lines. With a real focus on wellbeing, sustainability and continuous improvement, this is an opportunity to play a key role in a company making a positive impact.
What’s the role all about?
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Shift Manager to ensure production runs efficiently, safely and to a high standard. You’ll be the first point of contact for the production team, helping them stay motivated, supported and performing at their best.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing raw material stock levels across all production lines
Overseeing quality control, identifying issues and supporting complaint resolution
Ensuring timely production changeovers and execution of the shift plan
Providing hands-on support when required (e.g. pulling pallets, opening capsules)
Monitoring productivity, OE, efficiencies and working hours
Leading day-to-day people activities and supporting team wellbeing
Championing a “right first time” culture
Ensuring WMS processes are followed correctly
Supporting monthly stocktakes
Leading Health & Safety compliance and standards on shift
Maintaining clean, safe and well-organised production areas
Conducting handovers and flagging potential issues to the Shift Manager
Embedding the company’s B Corp values into daily operations This is a great opportunity for someone who loves people leadership as much as operational excellence.
What you’ll need
To succeed as a Production Supervisor, you’ll bring:
Experience supervising teams in production, operations or manufacturing
Strong people-leadership skills with a fair, supportive and consistent approach
Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and delegate effectively
Great problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Strong understanding of production procedures and H&S compliance
Confidence using IT systems (Google Workspace experience is a bonus) Desirable: experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
Why join?
A supportive, mission-driven culture
A company committed to sustainability and B Corp values
Real opportunities to influence team culture and operational performance
A workplace where everyone feels included, valued and able to thrive If you're a Production Supervisor who enjoys motivating teams, improving processes and making a difference every day, this role stands out.
