A full-time, permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a specialist industrial manufacturing facility. This role focuses on the production of heavy steel fabrications. The position involves managing teams, processes, and compliance to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all aspects of industrial production, ensuring safety, quality, and timely output. Interpret technical drawings and specifications in collaboration with design and engineering teams. Implement and monitor production schedules, coordinating with procurement and inventory teams. Drive continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing principles. Ensure full compliance with EN1090, ISO 9001, and relevant safety codes and standards.Requirements
