About the Role
The Product Manager leads the development, launch and lifecycle management of new and existing products. The role translates customer and market insights into product strategies, business cases and development programmes, while ensuring strong alignment across engineering, sales, marketing and operations. It requires deep engagement with market trends, competitive intelligence and industry standards, as well as responsibility for communicating product releases, supporting sales teams and contributing to pricing and digital configuration tools.

Qualifications and Skills
Degree in an engineering or electro-mechanical discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
High technical credibility and confidence working with complex products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct authority
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with standard business software and tools
Comfortable engaging with customers, senior stakeholders and global teams
Desired Experience
Candidates should have proven experience in product management or a similar technical-commercial role, ideally within industrial equipment, instrumentation or inspection technologies. Experience supporting B2B sales and marketing teams, guiding new product introductions and working with global stakeholders is highly beneficial.
