Product Owner CLM Technology Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on turning complex business needs into actionable product roadmaps? My client is seeking a Product Owner to take ownership of a growing portfolio within their CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) platform. This is a high-visibility role that combines product strategy, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across multiple squads. Key Responsibilities As Product Owner, you will be responsible for the following across the CLM product suite: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the technology roadmap for CLM, ensuring alignment with wider business goals and stakeholder needs. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Gather insights, manage queries, and ensure feedback loops are in place to guide continuous improvement. Product Delivery: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through to release and manage delivery timelines, scope, and budget. Requirements & Design: Work as a product SME to analyse client requirements and translate them into detailed functional designs and enhancements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, analytics, and operational teams to ensure effective delivery and adoption of product features. BAU Oversight: Manage day-to-day operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and identifying patterns that can be addressed via product changes. Governance & Change Management: Lead change governance for the product, including status reporting, financial tracking, and adherence to internal processes. Risk Management: Own the identification, escalation, and mitigation of product-related risks. What were looking for Essential: Proven experience defining product vision within IT or operational services. Track record of successful product delivery, ideally overseeing multiple Agile delivery teams and managing sprint output across 23 squads. Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset with a high degree of accountability. Collaborative and diplomatic communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management. Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum). Ability to manage shifting priorities and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly for operational workflows and technical constraints. Willingness to build subject-matter expertise in CLM processes and systems. Demonstrated customer focus and a mindset of continuous improvement. Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal), capable of operating across business and technical functions. Self-starter with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure. Positive team player who contributes to a collaborative and high-performance culture. Desirable: Strong presentation and storytelling skills for stakeholder updates. Background in brokerage, capital markets, or financial services CLM. Familiarity with client risk, KYC, or onboarding processes. Experience working in Agile-at-scale environments (e.g. SAFe frameworks).
