This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape a truly product-led culture while improving outcomes for members, students, and internal users. You'll play a critical role in moving the organisation from a relatively immature product environment to a more mature, value-driven, and user-centred model. Balancing strategic direction with hands-on delivery, you'll set the standards for product excellence while actively engaging in prioritisation, backlog management, and day-to-day product decision-making.
