Office Chelsea Central London Hours 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday to Friday Duties
Procuring FF&E and bespoke items from approved and new suppliers Managing purchase orders, pricing, lead times and delivery schedules Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and contractors to ensure accuracy and quality Managing logistics, shipping, customs and site delivery coordination Maintaining and updating procurement trackers and documentation Supporting the design team during project installations and snagging phases
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement specialist role Experience in a luxury residential interior design studio Strong understanding of FF&E procurement and logistics Confident using procurement/tracking tools and Excel Excellent supplier coordination, negotiation and communication skills Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Calm, solutions‑focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced studio environment
