SSRO Global Service Contracts/Procurement Manager
Location: Hemel Hempstead (travel required max of 3x a month)
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + bonus up to 20%
We are looking for an experienced SSRO Global Service Contracts/Procurement Manager to lead the delivery of long-term service agreements and major repair, maintenance and overhaul (MRO) programmes for customers worldwide.
This role is responsible for ensuring that customers who purchase complex equipment receive high-quality, compliant, and commercially successful ongoing support through structured service contracts. You will manage large-scale service programmes end-to-end, acting as the main customer interface while coordinating internal teams across engineering, service, finance, legal and supply chain.
SSRO & Defence Compliance
This position manages defence-related service contracts and includes a critical compliance element. The successful candidate must bring strong, demonstrable experience with UK Ministry of Defence contracts governed by SSRO regulations.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts and service programmes comply with SSRO requirements, including cost transparency, allowable costs, reporting and audit readiness.
