This is a hands-on Process role on a high-volume chilled manufacturing site supplying major retailers.

What you’ll be doing:

- Running and leading factory trials

- Troubleshooting issues during scale-up

- Working closely with production, technical, and NPD teams

- Ensuring successful product launches

- Identifying improvements in processes and efficiency
