This is a hands-on Process role on a high-volume chilled manufacturing site supplying major retailers.
You'll play a key role in taking products from concept to full-scale production - making sure what looks good on paper actually works in reality.
What you'll be doing:
Running and leading factory trials
Troubleshooting issues during scale-up
Working closely with production, technical, and NPD teams
Ensuring successful product launches
Identifying improvements in processes and efficiency
