Role: Travelling Private PA

Location: Gibraltar with travel worldwide

\n\n

Days: Monday – Friday

\n\n

Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (with flexibility to be contacted out of hours)

\n\n

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Gross Per Year

\n\n

Benefits: Discretionary Annual Bonus & Private Healthcare

\n\nFor a client of ours who is predominantly based in Gibraltar, we are looking for a Private PA to support his private lifestyle and personal projects.\n\nYou will support a highly successful entrepreneurial individual with multiple international residences on personal lifestyle support and operations, working closely with personal staff across various locations.\n\nYou will coordinate private and commercial travel, organise personal events and social engagements, manage property maintenance and renovations along with personal shopping, errand running and the day to day administration of his life.\n\nWe are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, discreet, and excellent at managing logistics and confidential responsibilities along with a candidates who is based in Gibraltar and is comfortable with frequent international travel and extended on-location support.\n\nInterviewing now for an immediate start.\n\n

To be considered for this role you must have:-

  • 8+ years’ experience as a Private Personal Assistant
    • \n\t
  • Proven experience working in the family home
    • \n\t
  • Excellent contactable references
    • \n\t
  • A full clean UK driving license
    • \n\t
  • Be (or be willing to be) DBS checked
    • \n
