Private PA for HNWCouple (NW3) - Hybrid  One year rolling contract starting Oct 25 

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private PA with good household and remote working experience (essential) to support this charming and under the radar HNW couple.  The role is predominately remote with one day based in their household.  The couple also have a home in the USA where they go to a few months of the year.  No children or pets.  Last Private PA supported the couple for 5 years on a rolling contract

Keeping a very busy and changeable diary/calendar (predominately for the wife of the couple) and liaising with the husbands agent/PA when needs to zinc their calendars when needed

Arranging international and national travel and transport with itineraries and any visas/paperwork required.  Research when required on hotels/destinations.

The role is very household & private support focused and you will manage household staff, pay bills, deal with insurances and renewals, cars and purchases for the house.  Assist with any remedial work/trades and purchases for the house.  Liaise with the housekeeper dealing with any problems that arise.  Assist with arranging events, dinner parties, booking restaurants and venues.  Arranging cars and transport when needed, running errands and generally helping out with what comes along.

You must be highly tech competent and up to date with all Apple products/Google Works and Apps.  Familiar with a wide range of systems including Drop Box.  Highly organised & efficient you will be used to working with processes and procedures to keep things running smoothly

Adaptable with a warm and helpful personality is essential.  You will be trusted with highly confidential matters and your discretion and experience to assist the couple will be relied upon.  Trustworthy with high standards you will want to give your best to this lovely couple.

The hours are 9 - 6 with very occasional out of hours (this is not a full on 24/7 role at all)  Candidates must live within 45 mins of NW3 in case of urgent out of hours.  Top mainly remote role for top Private PA with much to offer.  Top refs and security check will be needed.
