The Role The successful candidate will join a successful Private Client team, working on a range of conveyancing and probate matters. Within conveyancing you will work on house sales and purchases, mortgages, leases, boundary disputes, and transfer of equity. Within the probate sphere, you will work on administering estates, inheritance tax planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney and drafting wills. Qualifications
