Job Details McKervill Neilly Solicitors are seeking to add an ambitious and motivated solicitor (3+ PQE preferred) to expand their Probate and Private Client departments. Your Role Will Include

Regularly advising clients on all aspects of inheritance and succession planning, to include drafting Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney. Handling the probate process from start to finish in a professional and empathetic manner. Dealing primarily with conveyancing associated with administration of the estate (for example, assents, land and property sales) and assisting the Conveyancing department when required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

A proven track record in probate and conveyancing work. Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, inheritance tax and conveyancing. An eye for detail and a personable, client-friendly approach. The ability to handle their caseload independently as well as within our supportive team. Experience in contentious probate matters or other areas of the law will be advantageous.
