Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of private client matters and will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to wills, probate applications, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration and inheritance tax planning.
Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of client care and satisfaction.
