In your first few months, you’ll take on an existing caseload with support, get comfortable with systems and processes, and build relationships across the wider offices.By the 12-month mark, you’ll be running your own caseload confidently and independently, trusted to handle matters with minimal supervision. The work is varied, wills, probate, LPAs and estates, with scope to get involved in more complex matters as your experience develops.Longer term, this is about becoming a dependable, go-to fee earner within the team. There’s room to grow into more senior responsibilities, including mentoring or supporting junior colleagues, as the department continues to expand.The culture is straightforward and people-focused.
