Managing your own private client caseload from start to finish Handling matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts and general private client work Providing clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s needs Building long-term client relationships and encouraging repeat business Working closely with colleagues in a supportive department Maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout their matters Having the autonomy to shape your role while being backed by experienced support
Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with Private Client experience Comfortable running your own caseload with minimal supervision Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills Organised, professional and approachable Someone who enjoys working collaboratively but is confident working independently STEP membership or working towards it would be advantageous, but not essential
