The Role

• Managing your own private client caseload from start to finish
  
  
• Handling matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts and general private client work
  
  
• Providing clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s needs
  
  
• Building long-term client relationships and encouraging repeat business
  
  
• Working closely with colleagues in a supportive department
  
  
• Maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout their matters
  
  
• Having the autonomy to shape your role while being backed by experienced support
  
  

You

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with Private Client experience
  
  
• Comfortable running your own caseload with minimal supervision
  
  
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• Organised, professional and approachable
  
  
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively but is confident working independently
  
  
• STEP membership or working towards it would be advantageous, but not essential
