Primary Teacher – The Role
In this role, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Lower KS2 curriculum, ensuring pupils develop strong academic skills and confidence. You will differentiate learning to support a range of abilities, use assessment data to identify next steps, and provide targeted interventions where needed. The role also involves building positive relationships with pupils and families, maintaining high expectations for behaviour, and contributing to year group planning and school initiatives. You will play an important part in creating a stimulating environment that motivates pupils to take ownership of their learning.
