Primary Teacher – The Role
As a Primary Teacher in KS1, you will deliver creative and well-structured lessons that support pupils’ early development and encourage curiosity. You will use a range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those requiring additional support or challenge. The role involves monitoring progress closely, using assessment to inform planning, and fostering a safe and inclusive classroom where pupils feel confident to participate. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential while promoting positive behaviour and a love of learning.
