The Role:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS1 or KS2

*

Creating a positive and engaging learning environment

*

Maintaining good classroom behaviour and routines

*

Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils

*

Following school policies around safeguarding and behaviour

*

Providing feedback to schools at the end of the day

The Ideal Candidate Will:

*

Hold QTS (or an equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification)

*

Have experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2 (ECTs welcome)

*

Be confident managing a classroom independently

*

Be adaptable, organised and professional

*

Have strong communication skills

*

Be committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
