Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across KS1 and/or KS2 in line with the national curriculum. Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and progress. Support pupils individual learning needs through effective differentiation and personalised approaches. Establish and maintain positive behaviour expectations to ensure a focused, productive learning space. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership to promote whole-school success. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers. Contribute to school events and initiatives that foster a strong sense of community. Person Specification We welcome applications from individuals who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Are confident and adaptable teaching across different year groups and school settings. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences.
