This role is all about taking ownership, driving results, leading a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with trade customers. Proven experience growing a customer base and delivering against sales and profit targets Strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, delegate, and empower others A proven track record of developing teams to deliver exceptional customer service A proactive, self‑driven attitude with a strong desire for continuous improvement The ability to build strong, positive relationships with colleagues and customers Excellent communication skills, with solid plumbing & heating product knowledge
