Key Responsibilities:

Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and become their trusted partner for plumbing and heating solutions Grow the business through new business development and by maximising opportunities with existing customers Take full ownership of Plumbing & Heating performance, including sales, service, safety, and standards Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve excellent results Drive sales performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved and exceeded

Requirements:

Proven experience growing a customer base and delivering against sales and profit targets Strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, delegate, and empower others A proven track record of developing teams to deliver exceptional customer service A proactive, self-driven attitude with a strong desire for continuous improvement The ability to build strong, positive relationships with colleagues and customers Excellent communication skills, with solid plumbing & heating product knowledge
