Job Overview:

Role: Legionella Remedial Plumber - South

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Location: London

Role Responsibilities:

• You will carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
• Act as an ambassador for client while visiting customer sites.
• Take a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these in accordance with the Water Technical Manual guidance.
• Complete and submit all documentation related to work carried out in a timely manner, including following up on any paperwork connected to customer queries.

Required Qualifications:

• Experienced Commercial Plumber within the FM sector.
• Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is desirable.
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing .
