Job Purpose / Overview As a member of the Central Controls Team within the Planning Discipline of Project Controls, you will work under the guidance and leadership of the IPC Planning Manager. Your main responsibility will be managing the Level 2/4 (client) Integrated Work Schedule (IWS) in compliance with HPC processes. This includes aligning with Level 3 (contract) schedules and providing time-related data and analysis. You will also support the IPC Planning Manager in leading central Planning activities for the Project and in developing Planning standards, policies, and strategies.
Principal Accountabilities Team. • Assist the IPC Lead Planner in implementing and maintaining Project Controls processes for Planning. • Aid Senior Project/ Programme Managers • by producing monthly reports with intelligent information and analysis. • Collaborate with other Disciplines of Integrated Project Controls, as well as other Project Support Functions, to help achieve Project goals in line with the HPC principles of Trust, Transparency, and Teamwork.
Core Processes. • Create and maintain the schedule baseline IWS in Primavera 6 (P6), with fully logic-linked work plans aligned to the Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and utilising approved construction techniques. • Ensure the Level 2/4 IWS is updated within an agreed timeframe. • Support the Trend & Change process, including analysis at Pr...
