Personal Injury Solicitor – Birmingham

Join the Catastrophic Injury & Large Loss team at Clyde & Co, assisting on high-value, complex multi-track claims for major insurers and self-insured organisations.

The Role

    \n
  • Assist on large loss motor, EL/PL and indemnity claims
  • Support senior lawyers on high-value catastrophic injury files
  • Conduct liability investigations and quantum assessments
  • Review medical evidence and draft legal documentation
  • Attend court hearings, CMCs and client meetings
  • Manage reporting and reserving requirements in line with SLAs
  • Build and develop strong client relationships
  • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives

About You

    \n
  • Experience in personal injury litigation (defender experience preferred, claimant experience considered)
  • Confident handling complex legal issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong drafting, investigation and case management skills
  • Commercially aware and client-focused
  • Ambitious and motivated to progress your career
