Personal Injury Solicitor (Legal Director), 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £75,000+ (DOE) – This leading firm is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual who specialises in defendant casualty work, including both injury and non‑injury cases. JOB REF:3094. THE ROLE
As part of this growing team, you will take on a diverse caseload covering a wide range of complex matters, including Casualty & Public Sector claims, abuse, utilities cases, Employer’s Liability & Public Liability claims and Product Liability cases The supervision of more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients at inquests. Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently. Proven experience managing a broad range of defendant abuse claims including, vicarious liability and public sector abuse and/or claims against social services professionals. An excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
