Personal Injury (PI) Solicitor – Casualty / Litigation


Spirehouse are recruiting a PI Solicitor for a top 50 law firm within a busy casualty litigation team, handling a varied caseload of PL and EL claims.


You will manage your own caseload while working alongside senior fee earners on complex, document-heavy files, including occupational stress claims—an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fast and multi-track PI claims (liability & quantum)
  • Handle disclosure and assist with case management
  • Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and other parties
  • Attend meetings and court hearings
  • Instruct Counsel and experts
  • Meet targets and support team development


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ plus PQE in PI litigation
  • Strong knowledge of CPR
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail
  • Able to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines
  • Proactive and team-focused
